All sizes on sheet are cut sizes
Sheet size - 2400mm X 1200mm

Grid Represents - 100mm X 100mm
ALL SIZES MUST BE METRIC

Straight square cuts only. We do not cut angles or L Shapes.

PLEASE NOTE: 5mm SAW CUT MUST BE ALLOWED FOR ALL SIZES ARE CUT SIZES, ALLOWANCE MUST BE MADE FOR EDGE STRIPS.

Standard position of hinge hole C/L of hole 86mm top and bottom.

Set back 23mm (Distance from edge to centre of hinge hole).
If any other position is required, please mark position clearly.

Minimum width of board to edge is 100mm.
Minimum length of board to edge is 100mm or 100 times the thickness of the edge strip whicever is greater.
